Truman Hill Farm beef is 100% grass-fed, 100% natural and 100% local. Our cattle eat grass. That’s it. No grain, no artificial hormones and no antibiotics. With room to roam, humane treatment and rotated fresh pastures, our Angus, Hereford and Red Devon crosses provide healthful beef with a flavor our customers love. We sell whole, half and quarter shares of beef that are dry aged, custom processed to your specifications and vacuum packed. We also offer burger shares – “whole cow” grass-fed steak burger, and a limited supply of pastured pork. Customers pick up their beef at the processing plant. We do not offer on-farm retail sales. We’d love to hear from you so please call or email to arrange a visit.

Shares are available for pick up in June and December with reservations taken throughout the year.
