Diamond S Farms is a family-owned beef cattle operation located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. At our headquarters in Union Hall, Virginia, we focus on producing trouble-free, sustainable beef genetics and performance Quarter Horses. Our local born and raised Angus cattle are grown on grass, finished on cracked corn, and dry aged in order to promote maximum taste, tenderness, and juiciness. Cattle are sold in quarters, halves, and wholes. Beef is vacuum sealed and labeled in individual cuts and then frozen.
