We have 2100 “you-pick” asparagus plants on our farm. Some purple asparagus have just been planted. In our 30’x100’ greenhouse we grow bedding and miscellaneous plants. We will be selling “you-pick” raspberries grown in our 30’ by 72’ high tunnel. The high tunnel extends the growing season and can be toured when you come to the farm. We are located on almost 40 acres bordering the Pigg River in the Truevine/Glade Hill area of Franklin County. We utilize low spray production methods. We planted 100 blueberry bushes in 2017.
Directions from Rocky Mount, VA: Go 10 miles east on Rt. 40 to Rt. 718 at Glade Hill, turn right onto Rt. 718, go 2 miles to the farm on the right.
Open April, May and June and into summer and fall with “you-pick” raspberries 8am-6pm. Be sure to call before coming to the farm.
