We purchase USDA inspected meat which is not locally raised but is preservative free. It is processed into retail beef, pork and chicken products then vacuum packed. The chicken is all natural. We make sausage using our special blend of spices and sell deli meats and cheeses from Amish Country in Ohio. We are located at the intersection of Wirtz Road (Route 697) and Booker T. At Briar Mountain Farm located just off of Route 220 South in Franklin County, we raise ADGA registered purebred Nubian dairy goats and AKC registered Anatolian Shepherds.
